We handled the entire transaction remotely through texts, phone calls, and e-signing documents. Joshua was professional, responsive, patient, and transparent every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us being out of town. When my wife made the 7-hour round-trip drive to pick up the vehicle, everything was perfectly prepared and ready to go. this dealership has been trying to avoid fixing my car for months not each time I bring it in. They say they can’t find the issue and now the service department manager had gotten fired so now the operati for months not each time I bring it in. They say they can’t find the issue and now the service department manager had gotten fired so now the operations manager is in place and he has been trying to “” work with me on getting my car fixed and get all my problems addressed, including trying to pull a fast one on me and offer me tires that are $60 apiece and trying to tell me that they are premium tires but they are not. They have a terrible rating. You can buy them at Walmart. The only reason they offered me these tires is because I asked for an alignment. One of the guys in the service department said he would not recommend an alignment at this time because it wasn’t that far out of alignment, but then not even a month later when I brought my car back for another issue one of the service techs in the back said that he would recommend an alignment because my car is out of tow and all my tires are getting unevenly worn on the edges. So now Mazda of clearwater is on the hook for not doing an alignment when I asked them for one and it was shot down so now I have prematurely worn tires bought my car with 2200 miles on it. My car now has 14,000 miles on it not a lot of miles on tires which are supposed to last upward to 50 to 60,000 miles and even on top of offering me these cheap tires they were trying to get me to pay for the alignment so I will not take any of my bad reviews down until they give me a premium tire comparable to the premium tire Bridgestone’s. I have on my car now. They also keep updating and changing their reply under my review on Google. More

Every time, the dealership staff has been a very pleasant, low pressure, and worked hard to get the right car at a price that works for us. Nate was a great salesperson and listened to our needs and worked to find the right vehicle for us when we didn't know if we could afford what we really wanted. The finance and management team did everything they could to get us in a price range that we could afford. We will definitely be back and will recommend others for sure! More

I wish I could give this dealership 10 out of 5 stars! !! We bought a very nice used car from them 11 months ago. Ten months after purchase there was an issue with the car from before we bought it. The extended warranty company would not cover it for reasons I won't go into. The repair was going to cost about $2000. I contacted Sonny, our salesman, and he said let him do some research. In the meantime I had the car repaired and paid for it. After Sonny did his research he called me. He said Mazda of Clearwater would be reimbursing us for the repair. Many, many cars people and dealerships could and would have washed their hands once we drove off the lot. Ten months later they still took care of us. The personnel and dealership as a whole is head and shoulders above the competition. We flew from Alaska to pick up the car and drive it back. With this kind of customer care I would buy another car from without a second thought even though I'd have to drive back 7000+ miles (again). Do your homework. This is an EXCELLENT company bar none!!! Oh! Did mention Sonny drove from Clearwater to Tampa to pick the three of us up and bring us to the dealership. In nearly 49 years of driving I have never met a salesman or dealership that takes such good care of the clients. Ten (**********) stars to you Sonny and the team there at Mazda of Clearwater!!!
