A fun and relaxing place to get my car service. They offered to give me a ride to Norms. I chose to walk because it isn’t far. I had enjoyed weak but hot black coffee 2 eggs over medium. Bacon. My experience at this dealership was great. I really appreciated the detailed video of my vehicle. I have had service at other dealerships where the video feature was utilized, but they were no I really appreciated the detailed video of my vehicle. I have had service at other dealerships where the video feature was utilized, but they were not as thorough as the service video provided here at the Mazda of Claremont. I definitely plan to return! Friendly service and the oil change was reasonable price ($110). I had an appointment at 11:30, brought car at 11:15 and still waited two hours for an oil change. Fortunately the waiting area was very comfortable but I still would have appreciated a faster turn around. Was it because the technicians were on lunch? Honestly if I was told that I wouldn’t have minded the wait. I did really appreciate the video I was sent about my vehicle. Parts salesman was friendly and I enjoyed talking about our Mazdas. $50 for an oem cabin air filter is a little pricey, thankfully the part was in stock and I could put it on my self. I also asked for my tires to be rotated but I don’t think that was done. My front passenger side wheel was scratched (not by the dealer, by me) and the same scratched wheel was still on the front passenger side. More
