In May, I gave the 2024 Soul that I had bought in March 2024 to my daughter. She loves the vehicle! Because of my positive 2 1/2 month experience with it, I decided to buy a 2025 Soul for myself in August. 2024 to my daughter. She loves the vehicle! Because of my positive 2 1/2 month experience with it, I decided to buy a 2025 Soul for myself in August. It really is a great, practical vehicle! It looks small on the outside but is relatively cavernous on the inside. Again, my thanks to the Jason, John, James and the rest of the sales/finance team that helped me with the transaction. More

Service center is either scam artists, or incompetent. Called, told them the issue and made appointment to drop off car. Got a call from them that they performed another diagnostics (that we paid for again) and that they had to order the 02 sensor, which would take two days. Asked them why we dropped the car off if they didn't have the part....no answer. They also said a tie rod needed replaced, which we agreed to. We set a date to come back and thought we paid the bill in full ($518). Wife just picked it up and was charged another $411. So $929 for a diagnostics, tire patch, one tie rod end, and one 02 sensor. Hope they enjoy the money because we'll never be back! More

Went in for my oil change and to have an issue with the wipers and tire pressure sensor checked out. When I bought the vehicle from here I was told I would have free oil changes and warranty coverage. Was wipers and tire pressure sensor checked out. When I bought the vehicle from here I was told I would have free oil changes and warranty coverage. Was quoted a price of $119 to check it out and afterwards was charged almost double this amount on top of an estimate that is almost $1000. What’s the point of me adding the warranty coverage (which I was told I don’t have/it wasn’t in the system) if it doesn’t cover repairs not to mention them charging me a $90 diagnostic fee not one but twice one for the wipers and one for the TPMS when I already knew and told them what the issues were so I paid you 180 bucks to tell me what I already know and still have the issues to fix. Not at all satisfied with the service experience I had. When I was given my total I was thrown off because I was quoted an amount half of that for them to check it out. I asked why that amount she said it was the diagnostic fee twice which absolutely blows me away and they all looked at me like I was stupid when I asked why I was being charged two diagnostic fees for one person to look at my car, they also never gave me an answer just stared at me. You charge me $90 to tell me what the light on my car tells me it’s beyond crazy. Even the free oil change doesn’t make up for the poor experience I had today. More

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I have ever done business with. The management is horrible. No concern for the customer at all - though they do a pretty good job of pretending to care. I bought business with. The management is horrible. No concern for the customer at all - though they do a pretty good job of pretending to care. I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited June 18th from this dealership. I ended up paying (with tax, tags, etc.) TOO MUCH. Now I know I made a stupid decision to pay as much as I did. I took the Jeep to a Jeep dealership in NC on the 25th of June to get it checked out (something I should have done before I purchased it). Long, hard lesson learned. The dealership found a number of issues with it: - Oil change - Alignment - Rear brakes, calipers, rotors and pads - Front and rear shocks - Rear sway bar links - Serpentine belt - Left front axle seal - Windshield washer nozzle - A/C accuators I paid the Jeep dealership nearly $300, and they told me that it was dangerous to be driving the Jeep with the brakes in the condition they were in. Now I know that dealerships are out to make money too. So I'm not saying I necessarily believed that...but I believed it more than anything anyone from this Kia dealership said. I contacted the Kia dealership and shared this via email and text with: Tony Brady and Jason Brandt. I also spoke with one of them on the phone. And no surprise that he was more concerned with o how much the Jeep dealership wanted to charge vs. all the things that were actually wrong with the Jeep. Both were very nonchalant and at times quite rude. They certainly were not apologetic nor empathetic. I was informed that they would send someone the following day to give me a loaner vehicle while they took the Jeep back to their dealership to get any necessary repairs done. They picked up the Jeep on the 26th. On the 29th, I received an email from Jason Brandt, stating the following, "My service department inspected the vehicle and found the rear brakes to be at 7mm and not in need of replacement. (calipers and rotors included). The front brakes were the same. They found nothing wrong with the shocks but did find the axle seal leak on the front. I need to verify the inspection of the serpentine belt, air filter and ac actuators and will send another update when I get the information shortly." Now keep in mind that I'm having to reach out for updates MULTIPLE TIMES a week in order to get any updates. On July 1st, I received this update from Jason, "We are currently replacing the front axle and a rear axle that we found just beginning to leak. The serpentine belt and ac actuators are operating properly. The paint on the radiator is finished and I will update you when the axles are complete. I would anticipate early next week but will keep you posted." On July 9th (after reaching out numerous times), I finally got another email from Jason, "They had to order some additional parts to complete the axle repair. They should be here the first of the week. I will update you once they arrive. I apologize for the delay but as soon as the parts arrive we will have it fixed and returned back to you." On the 12th (after again reaching out multiple times), I received this message from Jason, "The parts will be in tomorrow for the Jeep. I will check on the tags and registration for you and update you." Oh yeah...I was still waiting on tags/registration at that time as well. By this time, b/c I was complaining about how long they had the vehicle in for repairs, they agreed to pay my first payment on the Jeep. Finally...after reaching out several times again, I got this email from Jason on the 16th, "I will plan to deliver it back to you on Monday. I have your license plate and it will be on the vehicle and the registration will be in the glove box. In addition as I stated the drive will bring a check to you for your first payment." Still hearing the clicking noise. The A/C issue wasn't fixed. So it's still taking 10-15 seconds for it to come on after you turn it on. And now the inside piece that holds the door handle on fell off in my hands. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place. More
