It was an absolute joy and a pleasure to work with Jaquelyn Shraibati! She was personable, professional and meticulous. She was knowledgeable about Mazda and its competitors and she was refreshingly candid, never pressuring us to make a purchase decision but rather providing constructive, informed inputs when we asked her opinion. We test drove 3 vehicles at Mazda and we visited 2 other dealerships (with less than stellar sales reps) before returning to Mazda to ink the lease with Jaquelyn. I truly love my new CX-30, but I equally loved the process of transacting with Jaquelyn. My partner turned to me and said, "Wow, before today, I never knew the impact and influence that the salesperson had on the car decision."
