Our buying experience with Carlos as our salesperson was enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable with Mazda and the CX5. Had oil change, tire rotation and coolant exchange done while I waited. Service was quick, although it appears my car was ready but the service advisor was waiting for me to electronically acknowledge the while I waited. Service was quick, although it appears my car was ready but the service advisor was waiting for me to electronically acknowledge the mechanic finding a small oil seepage that I would need to discuss with him. So I waited about 30 minutes I didn’t need to. Waiting areas were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good too. I will definitely return again for future services. More
Unbelievable Service. I will never take my Mazda anywhere else. I now see why this dealership has such an amazing reputation. They had our Mazda for about 3 wks while we sorted through several issues regarding a recalled navigation screen and warranty coverage on parts that hadn’t fully failed just yet. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle for the entire 3 wks at no additional charge, and somehow got Mazda corporate to fully cover the screen repair despite being outside the recall notice. They additionally stayed in contact and checked in periodically just to keep us informed. We will continue to utilize this dealership for all our service needs in the future. We highly recommend them and you will not be sorry. And ask for Nikki as your service writer. She is probably the best customer service rep I have ever had the privilege of working with. Well done Nikki! More
