fast service, rosie made sure everything was taken care of and got my car in and out same day. i wish i was able to get my first 5,000 mile service taken care of, but i learned that it’s only complimentary of and got my car in and out same day. i wish i was able to get my first 5,000 mile service taken care of, but i learned that it’s only complimentary the first year of my lease, which was in 2020 during covid and i wouldn’t have taken my car in during that time due to my work in the hospital i had to keep my distance. This was the worst experience. They wanted me to have repairs for 5k done (my Mazda is only 4 years old) and when I asked what it all is they started to role their eyes and told They wanted me to have repairs for 5k done (my Mazda is only 4 years old) and when I asked what it all is they started to role their eyes and told me to watch the video which was practically useless. I Left and got a second opinion. Turns out I only needed to have $900 of repairs done. Thank you Mazda; turns out the rumors are true; you won’t see me anytime soon. And btw they charged over $300 for the ‘service’ and didn’t even see my Rear break-light was not working. More
