I have a warranty on this used car when I bought it from Irwin Mazda. I was told that I can bring it to any Mazda dealership. They told me I needed a new clutch and refused to service. Define print on the backside preferable to bring to Dealer of purchase when I brought it back to freehold which is an hour from my house they said that they should have serviced it in freehold Mazda gave me the runaround I have not had my car in three weeks I would never buy a Mazda again. They said they take it back for oil change. I know the reason they pass the buck is because they do not get reimbursed info from the insurance this is a fact I have friends at work at Dealer‘s I’m very upset I have a warranty on this car granted it’s a used car warranty for 12,000 miles in one year but still I had to drive a car Quest through the used insurance it would’ve cost us $300 to tow it to Freehold from Fair Lawn unacceptable very disappointed they told me I should try towing it through the insurance I called $300 later I ended up driving it in the middle of the night without traffic so I don’t have to shift Can you send me the survey several times I didn’t fill it out because I’m sure you didn’t wanna hear it I am so I rate that I still don’t have my car back literally today’s three weeks between your two dealerships. Kelly was super nice and helpful but told me they weren’t fixing that is what she told me the insurance said but I don’t believe that to be true now I believe that your dealership just did not really want to fix it because of the loss to them financially after further research and according to Erwin Mazda. In the end Erwin Mazza after two weeks of sitting on it found that I do not need a new clutch which I told Kelly because I’ve been driving Stickshifts for 25 years it was the cylinder. I also had a roof leak which they did not even look at and would not. More
Had a very pleasant experience on my recent visit for my CX-5. Rosie was very welcoming and provided excellent service and Jeff was able to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. Brought my car (certified used) in for summer service and the infotainment screen constantly rebooted. Summer service performed ok. Payed $90 for software update on infotainment and it still isn’t fixed. Plu the infotainment screen constantly rebooted. Summer service performed ok. Told them to be more aware and found oil spots inside my car as well afterwards too. This is my second scheduled service I had with the dealer and I didn’t complain the first time about the grease prints in the car. Not sure how you bring your vehicle in for service and you get it back dirty and the main complaint was not fixed. I can’t keep missing work because the job wasn’t completed. The infotainment doesn’t stay on for more then 2 minutes, so how could this not be noticed when you drive the car to the front of the dealership to be picked up and payed for. I payed around 190.00 for a oil change and software update. Oil on both side of my car doors and the only complaint wasn’t fixed. Without the infotainment working I can’t use my Bluetooth, cell phone, navigation and change the radio when it shuts down.I had high hopes for service at this dealer but not so much anymore. Pretty disappointed. Almost 3 hours of waiting for an oil change and software update. Tires did not need to be rotated. Ugh! Not happy but willing to go back one more time. My service advisor was very pleasant to deal with! After I left, I noticed the infotainment was still not working but I need to get back to work. Beautiful dealership and waiting room with amenities!
