Rob was amazing. I got to the dealership. Met him in 5 minutes. Signed all the documentation. He explained everything. Then we went to the car. He familiarized me wit I got to the dealership. Basic service was supposed to take 1 hour and ended up being 3 hours. Techs lost one of our wheel locks and refused to provide a new one without payment. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially si being 3 hours. Techs lost one of our wheel locks and refused to provide a new one without payment.
