Tow problems for this service visit: 1) I arrived dealer at 9:am. No one at the counter desk. After give my car key, I was told waiting in visitor room, someone will let me know what problem on my car. Afte at 9:am. No one at the counter desk. After give my car key, I was told waiting in visitor room, someone will let me know what problem on my car. After 12:30pm, I asked what status of my car? The service manager told me that he just arranged a technician work on my car because I did not get a working number in the morning. Around 4:00 pm. The job was done. A bearing was replaced. I didn’t know that I need get a working number first. 2) when I drove to home I heated a lot noise for every move. It was worse after the service. Before the service, I only hear the noise when speed is higher then 40 mph. I got back to dealer again next day and got the problem fixed in free of charge. It was technician’s fault. He replaced a bearing, and screwed up break. Dealer service supposed has a high quality of work because the cost is higher than street car shop. This bad quality of work is not acceptable. More
