The service was quick (about 1. 5 hours). During this time the following work was done: - My battery was completely dead, so it was replaced for free. - Regular 5000 miles service 5 hours). The service is excellent, but I would prefer to pay little bit less. I did tire alignment in Mavis and it cost me about 40$ less then the estimated value in the Mazda. More

The people at the desk are very friendly and welcoming so there is no problem with them at all. They have always been extremely pleasant to work with. The problem is with the business. Every single time I go there for an oil change I get hit with a list of other xx work you guys want to do to try to upsell me. This time it started with the oil change itself. I was scheduled for a $300 service when I just wanted the usual $70 oil change. Then I got a list of OVER THREE GRAND of additional work you wanted to do. Are you people serious? Over $200 for fuel injection cleaning when all you do is add a bottle of product into the car? Once before over $50 for an air filter that we all know costs $10 or less and takes all of 60 seconds to replace. The list goes on. It’s insane. Please add “not a xxxxing idiot” to my profile in your system and don’t bother me with your scams every time I go there for an oil change. Thank you! More
