Cesar Lugo stood out for being incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. Anna was also wonderful and added to the positive aspects of the visit. However, the financial manager, Galen, was dismissive and rude when we asked about military incentives, which left a sour note. Additionally, I feel the dealership could be more transparent about their fees, as this part of the process felt unclear. Overall, some great team members but room for improvement in customer service and transparency. More
