James, the salesman at Mazda of Lodi, called me today twice and threatend me in regards to my posting. He said that if I didn't take it down, the owner would sue me for slander and that he didn't know what else the owner was going to do to me. He also accused me of asking him to commit fraud!! I like their problem resolution: Instead of trying. . .oh, I don't know. . . good customer service, perhaps . . . they resort to making threats and false accusations!! I notified corporate again and have received calls from a few of their officers who promised to look into this more closely. I may call the police in regard to their threats. I'll keep you all posted. I leased a Mazda 6 today anyway - - just not from Mazda of Lodi - and at my terms from the posting!!

Mazda of Lodi managed to alienate a potential customer, lose a sale, and paint an unsavory association with the Mazda brand name, all in less than half an hour. I was in the market for a new vehicle and More
