I got conflicting information in the past, but he was able to confirm that it was because he put me in touch with Gary Parson. I liked that Jerry reviewed what I had been told and took the time to find out once and for all if my car was covered. I am very appreciative that "he went the extra mile" for me. The technicians always are willing to spend a while discussing an issue and explaining exactly why a repair is needed or how an issue may have occurred. The technicians know the mx5 inside and out and I wouldn't trust any old mechanic to work on mine. They always remember me by name and make me feel very welcome. The sales team are also a group of great people. Never pressuring or aggressive. I actually love hanging around the sales floor and talking Mazda with the employees while my car is being serviced. Every single employee from the receptionist to the sales team to the techs and everyone in between are very personable and know how to treat customers. More

Above and beyond I bought my Mazda at another dealership and ended up not liking their service department so I checked out Mazda. I love Mazdas service department! I've taken my car in several times for oil changes, new tires, new keys made, they let me know when there is a recall. They went above and beyond this past week when my rear differential went. They made sure I got the best price, got me and my toddler a ride home, called to make sure the rental company picked me up. As always they kept me updated through the whole process. I'm always happy with the service that I get and will definitely go back and in the future use them for purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Jerry and Phill in the service department for all of your help!
