GM Brian Speas inappropriate and rude treatment of customers On 8/29/17, picked up my car after receiving 2 ignition coils $340 & realized all my coolant had been drained. I asked the service people to please c On 8/29/17, picked up my car after receiving 2 ignition coils $340 & realized all my coolant had been drained. I asked the service people to please come out at assist as this wasn't on when I brought the car in and they filled my radiator with water. It drained out by that night I continued to fill up and returned car in two days from when I picked up to advise I would like them to fix this as it occurred on their premises; I had no coolant or radiator issues as I drive my car for work purposes & regularly check all fluids. Well I was advised they could only give me a discount for about $300 plus & so they sent me to the GM Brian Speas. When I explained this incident occurred at their dealership, he actually accused me of probably knowing it was leaking. However, if my car was in their shop for two days, and they didn't cause the damage, but it was my fault, WHY didn't they tell me in the service department my radiator was leaking and did I want to get it fixed? Who gives a car back to a customer after they paid $340 and it have another repair needed? Brian Speas refused to repair this free of cost and then I asked if I would have to get a lawyer to get my money back for the repair? He immediately told me that because I said the word "lawyer" I had to leave the premises now and the end! I started crying and went and sat in the waiting room and after I calmed down, I realized I'd just have to "get ripped off" and told the first service guy, tell Brian I'd like to just get fixed for the $300 plus, the original offer, and he came back and said Brian declines your offer! Really, I have 864 credit score have given Mazda thousands of dollars in repair work, etc., and my family is due to purchase vehicles in near future and to be treated in such a manner. I have been working a state job for 20 years as a probation officer and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect by someone in an authority position. This man needs to be reprimanded and relieved of his position as he is just pure evil. Who talks to a customer like this??????? They've lost our business forever because of this man and I will continue to speak out on what he did and let everyone I know in the community about this extremely poor and rude customer service! Oh, and I didn't mention my $200 battery was dead after I got home and my good repair car place, D & J Auto, stated it was likely that when Mazda had my car for two days they left the doors open with lights on and wore out my battery! Wow, thanks again, Mazda for totally ripping my family off! Faith Stuart More

Gave my vehicle the once over for all fluids, tires & spare and my tail pipe brackets. A courtesy wash and I was good to go. Have been with them for several years. Car Sale and service I purchased a car from here and June 2016. However I also got the bumper to bumper warranty on the car. So I discovered I was having a issues with my I purchased a car from here and June 2016. However I also got the bumper to bumper warranty on the car. So I discovered I was having a issues with my heat and return to the dealership. Not o was promised that my oil would be changed free when I came in goebit and my full car was covered under the warranty. However sense I return I have gotten nothing but the run around from this place. Please think twice before you purchase from this dealer. More
