Excellent experience. Service department employees are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Waiting area is clean, well stocked and comfortable with huge TVs. This dealership is brand new, state of the art, well organized and set up really nice - because of it, even though the appointment took a long time due to what was needed on my car, things ran very smooth. You are informed about what's happening every step of the way. I love the video inspection of your vehicle - that's one thing which is just wonderful. Usually after the appointment my car has just a mediocre wash and cleaning. Well not here - it was SUPER duper clean both inside and out. Because of how dirty it was inside I was going to hit the car wash that same day. Well I didn't even need to wash or clean it myself this time. The final bill was even much lower than anticipated, which surprised me to say the least. Thank you Mazda Lakeland, well done, you have earned my business and I highly recommend this dealership for any vehicle issues that come up. More

Last Straw...This was the last time to take the Mazda Last Straw... This was the last time to take the Mazda to Lakeland Mazda. We have been 4X since we bought in Oct with things that should have been Last Straw... This was the last time to take the Mazda to Lakeland Mazda. We have been 4X since we bought in Oct with things that should have been caught at the time it was purchased. The most recent complaint is we booked for an oil change. While they were doing this, they did the sales pitch about getting this and that done but failed to do something that would have taken them 3 minutes. They noted that we may have had a rodent under the hood and it was just a statement. I never really paid attention to it because there was no recommendations when it came to that. When we got back home, my husband opened the lid and we could not believe the cones and straw that these little guys built under there. Could have they not taken 3 minutes and with a shop vac and removed it for us? They weren't busy as no one was waiting. What our most concerning thing is if they changed the oil and checked the dipstick before and after, how did some of the corns and straw not fall into the oil fill to the engine?? We are having this documented as we do not want to have engine problems down the road. This could be why they suggested a whole engine clean /flush etc. We are done with Lakeland Mazda. 4X back is unacceptable. More
