I have never seen a business that charges so much but treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need treats its consumers so poorly. I scheduled my service to ensure I could wait at the dealership, and I was quite precise about the services I need, in my case a basic OIL change and replacement of a non-functioning headlight. Not only are they attempting to push for more services that I have already stated that I do not require because it was completed a week ago. They had me wait 5 hours before telling me that the light was functioning and the fault was with the fuse, and they want to charge me $300 for services. I like Mazda cars, but this type of dealer is hurting the brand, and I was considering purchasing another vehicle. I will never, ever return to this location for service or to purchase a vehicle. I will drive to Orlando or Tampa when I need service, and I will consider other brands for my next purchase, and especially the online purchase. I hope this can help some customers out there. More
I love this Lakeland Mazda dealership. 3 years ago I did my first ever lease with Austin and he stayed in touch, which is what made me want to continue doing business there. I am happy to drive the hour it takes to get there for my service needs because everyone I encounter is polite, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They seem to really care. More

I could not say enough good things about Lakeland Mazda. When first moving to the Lakeland area, we took my car to Sport Mazda in Orlando. After my experiences at Lakeland Mazda, I will not take my car to another dealership. My finace and I had the please of having Joli and Austin help us buy out my lease in November. First off, Joli was able to answer all our questions and when we thought about possibly trading my lease in for a new car, he did not pressure us at in our decision. Then Austin was upfront with us, did not pressure us either, and even coming in with a pre-approval, Austin ran numbers to see if he could match our interest rate, which he actually beat, and get is into the same or less payment, which he did. My fiance and I felt respected and felt no pressure like most dealerships make you feel. A few months later, I took my car in for an oil change and to have some concerns looked at as well. These concerns were brought up to another Mazda dealership and the concerns were not addressed. Andres listened to my concerns, asking questions to make sure he understood what exactly the car was doing. I am having a wheel bearing replace and my transmission got a PCM update under warranty. I cannot recommend Lakeland Mazda enough. They are professional, respectful, and truly listen to concerns. More
Recently purchased my 2nd Mazda from this Dealer. Unfortunately, the ownership changed from the original Owner I purchased my 2015 CX9 from. What a difference. Sure, the brand new dealership is bea Unfortunately, the ownership changed from the original Owner I purchased my 2015 CX9 from. What a difference. Sure, the brand new dealership is beautiful… but they took away the following: fast service times with appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change and rotation on my 21 CX5 in spite of arriving early for my appointment. No more loaner car offered; this was offered for any service exceeding one hour by previous Ownership. No more video of the service being performed while you wait. Another service the previous owner provided so you could see that the service was indeed being performed. First oil change that was free when you purchased a new Mazda also eliminated. Lastly, oil change @ $69 bucks and rotation at $69 is outrageous. Yes the Employees I dealt with were courteous and polite. The change in Ownership will mean I take my Mazda to the Toyota dealer for service. Why? They’re 4 miles from home - the new Mazda dealership is now 15 miles from home. Their service is much faster…without the loaner car; the quick service; and reasonable prices means I have no reason to use Lakeland Mazda. More
My appointment was at 9:15 and I never left till 1130. That is not including working on my car. They kept me waiting forever to do the test on my car and then they kept me waiting forever for the results That is not including working on my car.
