Worst experience I've had in my 10 years of getting service here. Tech was either unresponsive to text or it took several hours for a response. Had my car for a week and could not get a loaner. If they had told me what the plan was initially I would I have waited, instead I had to rent a car. In the end they basically state we don't know what's wrong so buy a new engine and tires for 17k. I brought in my old 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback for a fuel injection and new spark plug treatment. Wow, she runs like she thinks she’s a little rocket!
