We originally went to Hodges Nissan and what a mistake that was. When I was ready to purchase the car, I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and they pulled the bait and switch on me. Instead of my original salesman Victaveon "Sonny" Forehand coming out because he was "busy," they sent David Mouchette out to tell us they would no longer honor the out the door price they gave me. Matt Tudor, the new car sales manager, indicated he could not honor the deal. But have no fear, we went to Mazda City of Orange Park and met our salesman Victor. Victor was AWESOME, HONEST, and FORTHCOMING. Luis took care of all the paperwork, we got our 0% interest as promised and were out the door with our new 2023 Mazda CX-50 in no time. I would definitely recommend Victor and Mazda City of Orange Park as the place to buy is you want honesty and the best price. We made the sale agreement via text and all my wife, and I had to do was show up at the dealership and sign the sales papers. He was also friendly and more importantly, he was very personable--in short he made the sales process easy. The Sales Manager was easy to deal with and provided options that fit my needs and budget. Mazda City's preapproval process made the actual sales process quick and easy as all my wife and I had to do was sign the appropriate papers. The entire financing/leasing process took less than an hour. If Mazda is in your shopping plans, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mazda City in general and Victor in particular. More
