MAZDA 112 DEC 1 2023. My check engine light came on and I was hearing brake noises, squealing dragging, rubbing. I brought my2021 CX5 Mazda(with 15,200 miles) in for servi My check engine light came on and I was hearing brake noises, squealing dragging, rubbing. I brought my2021 CX5 Mazda(with 15,200 miles) in for service to Mazda 112 in Medford . The dealer replaced a control sensor and told me they did not hear the brake noises and my brakes are fine. A few days later, the brake noises got worse I called Mazda112 and I would have to wait 3 weeks to come back in for them to check my brakes. After checking my brakes on DEC 23, 2023 The Mazda Service agent told me I needed front brakes on my 2021 CX5 (with 15,200 miles). I needed the rotors cut and new brake pads. I was shocked! I was told my (Garaged) CX5 was infrequently driven and because we had a lot of rain caused the rotors to rust and wear the brake pads, I had to pay over $340. to get my car back. This is the third and last CX5 we will lease or have serviced .from Mazda 112. The dealer did not give me my old brake pads. I checked the TSB (Technical Service Bulletins) that lists common issues with cars and found TSB #04-005-20-3687 talks about Premature Brake Problems (squeaking, dragging, grinding sounds) with my 2021 Mazda CX5. Mazda service agent told me she will have the Mazda technical diagnostic advisors look into why the brakes failed at 15,200 miles and contact me.. I have not heard back from anyone from Mazda.. I WAS TOLD THE MAZDA FACTORY DIAGNOSTIC REPRESENTATIVES ARE THE SAME MECHANICS WHO REPAIRED MY BRAKES! More

I was in need of maintenance and 112 Mazda was near my workplace. I scheduled an appointment. They've got a convenient online scheduling system. Lenae, the service advisor, was friendly and courteous and workplace. I scheduled an appointment. They've got a convenient online scheduling system. Lenae, the service advisor, was friendly and courteous and got my car into the bay right away. During the pre-inspection, she told me a few things I should know and if I need anything, she'll arrange it with their tech. During the inspection, they will send you a video sharing what they checked and what they fixed. About a couple hours later, Lenae came to tell me my car was ready, and I could go to the cashier counter to pay while the tech finished up. Overall, the service is great from advisor to technician. The waiting area has coffee and bagels for breakfast, as well as water. Moving forward, I will start coming here as this is closer to my workplace and the service is great. More

Easy to schedule an appointment, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous personnel, clean pleasant environment. Jaclyn and Andrew were attentive and informative, and Andrew, my technician, came out to speak with me to discuss any concerns I had and to go over what was done with my vehicle. He even came outside to show me how to use a couple of functions on my recently purchased vehicle that I was not aware of how to use. They were a top-notch team. Great experience for the first time!
