I came to Mayse to have a light checked out, on my pickup, at the service department. They took care of it in short order, no cost. I did not intend to look at buying a vehicle, but stopped to look pickup, at the service department. They took care of it in short order, no cost. I had an older Silverado pickup and asked him if they had something like my older pickup. He took me through the lot and showed me several vehicles. There was no pressure. He was not pushy or overbearing, just professional and courteous. I indicated a couple of new vehicles that I might be interested in if the numbers($) were right. Combining rebates, trade in value, and negotiations, Mayse made me an offer that I could not refuse. Again, it was all very low key. I was pleasantly surprised. When I picked up the new pickup, Mike gave me the most complete and thorough orientation that I have ever had on a new vehicle. Tripp Cook was my contact on financing. I had a quote from a company that I had dealt with for 45 years. Tripp called a local bank and they matched that quote and it was a very good interest rate. I was pleased with his effort. More
Just wanted to let you know how pleased with the way I was treated by Shawn Kelso and several other Mayse employees from your service department. Shawn went out of his way to keep me informed of the stat was treated by Shawn Kelso and several other Mayse employees from your service department. Shawn went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of the repairs being done on my 2010 Malibu. I didn't feel pressured to have additional work, that I didn't realize the car needed, done. Shawn, also upon my pick-up of the vehicle, quickly replaced a wheel cover that I had purchased elsewhere and had brought with me. In addition, the two ladies (sorry, can't remember their names) who took care of me with a loaner vehicle and payment for the repairs were wonderful as well. Another great thing is the report that I was given informing me of all the inspections done to the car while there for service. We have purchased our last four cars at Mayse and will continue (from Shane Davis) for the reasons stated above. Thank you, Brent Garrett More
I have never been treated as well as i was treated by Jim Arthur by ANY car dealership i have ever visited. He treated me like he had known me for a very long time and this was my first visit to this dealers Arthur by ANY car dealership i have ever visited. He treated me like he had known me for a very long time and this was my first visit to this dealership. I had just come from being very disrespected and in my opinion lied to by crossroads of joplin, who i had just bought a car from september of 2011, and i will never buy another car from another dealership other than mayse. My experience with Mayse started with Jim and continued through the service department. I have already started sending new customers your way and will continue to do so. Thank you again to the staff of Mayse for making the wrong that crossroads did right!! More
