They provided me with a loaner vehicle and stayed in contact with me daily to keep me updated on the status of repairs... Very Friendly More

16 days to get our vehicle back from an oil change Nyal was very polite and professional. However, not impressed with it taking 16 days to arrange for someone to return our vehicle. We have 3 other "complimentary services" that will go unused at this service department. Ultimately, our vehicle came back with an oil change and an "adjusted rear view mirror." Steve in sales was great at the time of the sale but that was it. Took 5 weeks to arrange our first service (which was still not assisted by him) and very misleading. We will definitely take our vehicle elsewhere in the future. We were also told that there was a service bulletin on our mirror vibrating and no adjustments could be made. Therefore, a new windshield was necessary. Yet, the windshield was not replaced and a windshield company was able to make an adjustment that Chevy (who puts out the service bulletin) said was not possible. More

Mysterious Problem When I took my 3-month old Equinox in for service, I realized I was handing them a problem. To the best of my ability, I described to Nyal the experience and he took if from there. They worked hard to solve the problem and, although they couldn't determine exactly what was going on, I felt relieved when I left the service department. The problem I had has not returned and I think it was a fluke happening. But they didn't make me feel foolish for being concerned. Our total experience was outstanding and, for me, worth the drive from Springfield to have them check the car. More

Service Center I made a reservation for service on the on-line calendar. Dropped off the the car and headed out of town as planned. Shawn called prior to the calendar appointed time to discuss and stayed in contact with me by phone until the service was complete. I received a call about the appointment, one again at time of diagnosis, again at estimate of cost to repair and when the repair was complete. My total auto service allegiance is with this group. They are top notch and second to none. More
