Engine light comes on two days before cross country trip Two days before trip engine light comes on. I code it and call service dept. talk to Chris and tell him my story. He tells me it is covered under warranty and if I can bring it to him he could get it fixed in time for trip. I live an hour away from dealer so we get it there at 4:00 on Monday and he calls me at 9:00 on Tuesday morning and says it is ready to go. Mechanic was able to get it in Monday night. Thank you Chris and all those involved, we were able to leave on time and car ran perfect. I bought car here and schedule a trip to nearby town to come by and have my oil changed because they are always fast and efficient. Thanks again. More

Oil change I purchased a 2017 Equinox from Mayse back in March. The sales staff was very helpful and courteous and answered my questions regarding the purchase. I purchased a 2017 Equinox from Mayse back in March. The sales staff was very helpful and courteous and answered my questions regarding the purchase. I received free oil changes with the purchase, and the service center was very courteous and did the oil change quickly. The only issue I has was when I left the dealership I noticed smoke coming from the engine bay as I pulled into McDonald's, and it smelled like burnt rubber. I popped the hood to see if I could see anything burning, but didn't see anything. When I got home there was no more smoke or smell from the engine bay. Possibly some oil was dripped onto the engine when filling it? More
