Excellent customer service Chevy recalled 2017 diesels for emissions problems.(Shades of Volkswagen) The letter from GM said to bring the vehicle in or they would have the optio Chevy recalled 2017 diesels for emissions problems.(Shades of Volkswagen) The letter from GM said to bring the vehicle in or they would have the option of voiding the Warranty due to non compliance with customer responsibility! Truck has less than 1,300 miles on it. The next time GM sends me a letter with a vague threat I will go directly to the Missouri's attorney generals office. The dealership was great, no complaints with them, it's GM, you know, the corporation that took our taxpayer bailouts and now thinks it can treat us with disrespect. More

Takes several appointments to get something repaired proper. We have had our 2017 Malibu in for repairs twice since purchased in October. Carpet issue the first visit (not repaired proper till second visit), car We have had our 2017 Malibu in for repairs twice since purchased in October. Carpet issue the first visit (not repaired proper till second visit), carpet and tire pressure service issue on second visit (pressure issue still not repaired). Neither time was all the repairs completed. These repairs are problems that the car has had from the time of purchase. Plus, we was paying for the fuel for both, our car and the loaner car, during these repairs. We live roughly 50 miles from them. This is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased from Mayse. I believe we got a reasonable deal on the car. But this is the first time I have used the service center and it will probably be the last time. More

Quick and Efficient Had my vehicle in shop for oil change and battery replacement. I was very pleased with how quick the oil change was (38 minutes). All the appropriat Had my vehicle in shop for oil change and battery replacement. I was very pleased with how quick the oil change was (38 minutes). All the appropriate computer settings were reset which hasn't always happened at other places. Had battery replaced and all is good!! The waiting area is very clean with coffee and vending machine available. Even has a table with a jigsaw puzzle to work on. Highly recommend! More
