My Experience at Mayse Auto Group Was greeted with enthusiasm by personnel. This same person spoke with me several times through the repair period. The waiting room was clean and tidy. Was greeted with enthusiasm by personnel. This same person spoke with me several times through the repair period. The waiting room was clean and tidy. The ladies bathroom was very nice and clean. Having to wait on parts coming from Springfield was the only downfall to the whole experience. I had called ahead of time to be sure they had the parts. However it took 2 hours longer just waiting on the parts. I took a vacation day to come in for the service and decided to wait instead of making another appointment. Every employee I dealt with was very courteous. More
