Worse dealership in 50 states took my jeep to be repaired was worse when I picked it up paid 2500 for said repairs now refuse to speak to me or answer my emails bill is rude and Mr mayse the owner is worse v More

As you can they have yet to respond to my review because they know they are guilty and they just hope that if they ignore me then this issue will go away for them but i assure you the $2500 they stole from me isnt something that is just going to go away for them nor is the abusive verbal abuse from Matt Mayse. I have proof of my reviee if anyone would like to see these please respond to my review i would be happy to share them with you!

I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Mayse was not completely positive. This is not the norm, as we take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Mayse. It is never our intention for a customer to leave the dealership with a negative impression of how we do business. We did highly recommend the car be towed. In most cases, we can work on a Hyundai, but we needed special tools to fix the issue. Again, I am very sorry that your perception of our store was not a positive one, and I hope that in the future you are willing to give us another chance to prove our commitment to customer care.

Its nice to go to a dealer that will actually give you the time working on your vehicles. I live in NW Arkansas and two dealers here would not give me the time of day since I did not buy from them for warranty work. I bought the truck from you guys and Chris never asked once If I bought it there until after our conversation about my situation. That was after the work was done too. I will definitely be making the hour and half drive there to get my work done and would buy from you again. Not sure what Chris's last name is, he works the Mopar/Ram part. Great guy, he was honest with me with everything and that means alot. Should give him a pat on the back and a raise. Not many guys like him in the industry. Thanks again.
