I also did all of the correspondence via email with Tony when asking questions and negotiating for the car, and that included working out a trade-in for my BMW and the financing. I live in NJ 70 miles away from Mayo, and did not want any surprises when I showed up after completing our agreement. Tony did not disappoint and everything was in order when I arrived. We worked through some required financing adjustments (value of my BMW payoff) and an extended warranty and I was out the door and riding my Infiniti back to NJ within an hour. I would surely recommend Mayo Auto should Tony have the car you are looking for, or if you're out shopping. My overall experience was excellent and the process was very easy. Buying a new or pre-owned car is not one of my favorite things to do. However dealing with Tony, made the experience very pleasant.
