Unethical Bought a car 05/23/2016. Two days later check engine light comes on for O2 sensor. Salesman said taken care of, light reset. Six days later light come Bought a car 05/23/2016. Mechanic estimates $300 to tune up, despite salesman saying car had a tune up done. Mechanic says maybe will solve problem, not guaranteed. 07/18/2016 car completely dead, in shop with electronic failure, estimated $200-$600 for diagnosis only, not repair. No help what so ever from Maxx Auto Plus despite earlier promises from manager to check with owner about covering the cost of the initial estimate, and no response back to complaint filed with the attorney general's office. Shows an obvious lack of concern for customers already struggling financially. More

I make just enough money to feed my wife and two kids so having to deal with thousands of dollars In repairs to a vehicle we paid a lot of money for was devistating to us financially. All we got was the run around and told there's nothing they will do. Keep in mind all this was taking place when the vehicle was still under there 3month 3000 mile warranty. Which is joke because it only covers up to 500$. I highly recommend looking anywhere else but max auto. More

Maxx Autos Plus in an average dealership with a warranty gimmick and a couple of above average salesman who know how to practice their trade. Research everything thoroughly. Don't get complacent on the entire sales transaction as I did. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! I'll never step foot into this establishment again so not recommending Maxx Autos Plus to my family and friends is a given. More

It was exactly what he described about them and It has to be the best experience we had purchasing a car ever everyone there was very polite and took their time with us. Sold my daughter a car with a Tampered odometer My daughter bought a BMW from this dealership in August. She bought it with a oil leak with a promise from them to fix it. They have a 3 month warranty on their cars but what they don't tell you is they will give you the runaround for 3 months and not get your car fixed until after the warranty expires. My daughter decided to visit another dealership to trade in the car because it was having all kinds of mechanical problems and she is 6 months pregnant and needs a reliable car. It was at another dealership that shared with her that even she was sold the car by Maxx Auto at 189,000 miles, it actually reported at 210,000 in 2011. When she confronted Maxx Auto, and asked them to take the car back and refund her money, they refused. She is stuck with a car she bought for $6000 that barely runs, and due to a tampered odometer, is only worth $800. I highly recommend that NO one buy a car from this shady dealership. More

What we thought was awesome was every car they sell comes with a free 3 month 3000 mile warranty! We will for sure be back when ready to purchase another car. More

Nice people but crappy cars About 2 weeks ago I went with my 17 year old to find his first car. We stopped at this dealership and met with Jeff. He was nice and knowledgeable, or About 2 weeks ago I went with my 17 year old to find his first car. We stopped at this dealership and met with Jeff. He was nice and knowledgeable, or so I thought. He showed me some cars and we finally settled on a 2002 BMW X5. The car was very fun to drive and my son fell in love with it. The only problem that I did see, which Jeff brought up, was the 2 front tires needed to be replaced. After looking at other cars at other dealers and comparing prices for the X5, I decided to purchase this one. I did share my concerns with Jeff about the issues that this car with this many miles might have. He assured me that it would be ok because the give a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty with every car they sell. I bought the car for a final price of $6333.50. That next day I went to get 2 new tires. I found out that because it is an all wheel drive you can't buy just 2 new tires, you need to buy all 4. I went to 3 different tire shops and they all said the same thing. So now I'm out another $812.00. While the shop was putting on the new tires they said that something was leaking. I took the car to another shop and spent $114 for them to tell me what is leaking. I could try and tell you what was leaking, but it would be quicker to tell you what was not leaking. The car needs all new seals, gaskets and 2 new belts. This will all cost another $4000.00. I was hoping that the warranty would defer some of the costs, but come to find out that it is only good if the car breaks down. The thing that upsets me the most about this whole thing is that I was told that the car was checked. If this was true then they knew that every seal and gasket leaked. I will be buying 2 more cars within the next 2 years and I WILL not be returning to this dealership. I will also not be lazy and take it my shop located on South Hill for their opinion. More
