Buyer beware Max Auto Sales is a horrible company to work with. We purchased our sons first car here and have experienced the worst customer service in trying to g Max Auto Sales is a horrible company to work with. We purchased our sons first car here and have experienced the worst customer service in trying to get the license plates. His temporary plate is now expired and the car now sits in the driveway awaiting the Max Auto team to deliver on their obligation to produce the plates. We have been hung up on three times (Carlos and Shawn), and been chewed out twice. Their customer service just stinks! This dealership is riddled with a staff that sums up the term "Used car salesman". Buyer beware! More

Sold my son a fixed up wrecked car Maxx Auto sold my son and his mother car that was in a wreck. I don't care what Carfax said!!! The car pulls extremely to the left. Puyallup's best place for a used car We shopped the Puyallup-Tacoma area for the past few days and we stopped here after noticing online that they had some vans we could possibly be inter We shopped the Puyallup-Tacoma area for the past few days and we stopped here after noticing online that they had some vans we could possibly be interested in. After looking at several other mini vans for the family at other car dealerships this place was the only place that made us feel like family. No pressure at all and let us take the van to lunch and check it out for a while which was pretty nice. After checking it out and having it inspected at a local shop we decided to buy it, we are pleased with the van and the way we were treated the whole way through. They got us a very good interest rate which was unexpected due to our credit needing a little work. These guys care about making sure your experience is fun. More

Buyer Beware We received a text message from one of the salesperson on selling our truck we bought from them last year; we were really apprehensive about going in We received a text message from one of the salesperson on selling our truck we bought from them last year; we were really apprehensive about going in & giving them a second chance because our first experience was really bad. While there the car salesmen promised to earn our trust back by buying our truck back & deceived us in believing that our truck was going towards a new used car. He also knew we wanted lower payments because of our finances & still took advantage of us! We went back in because with all the hidden charges we are going to be paying double for this used car; we talked to another guy who made my wife feel stupid. We feel really taken advantage of by this company! We will stir everyone we know away from this company! More
