Friendly, awesome We had been trying to find a Rav4 all day and had test driven a crappy one earlier in the day from this shady used car place in Lynnwood. We were exhausted and found the one at Maxx was still available after making 4 phone calls on other Rav4s listed on Craigslist that had already been sold. We drove down to Puyallup and found the Rav4 they had was in excellent shape for being 10 years old. After being on the road all day, my toddler was tired and starting to lose her patience with the car search. The Maxx guys turned on cartoons just for her on the big tv, gave her a leftover hotdog from a car wash event they had earlier in the day and let her rummage through the crayons and coloring books they had on hand. Our salesman was Jeff who is the friendliest guy you'll ever meet. We had a really great car buying experience there and we love our new-to-us Rav4. More
