Basically the whole Maxwell family works there, they are super super friendly and they helped us out a bunch. Dray is the calmest least pushy salesman I have ever encountered. He knows his cars. He was the one that was like "Drive it like a Subaru." My girlfriend and I have payed cash with everything so we had NO credit before going in and we did not think we could. I gave Brandon all our info, and by some magic we ended up buying a car. I have never had a more awesome experience, the vehicle is VERY well maintained, and just because I had such a great experience with the sales department, all my work will be done there. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a car in January 2013, and they couldn’t find the specific car that I wanted so it needed to be a special order. The waiting period was to purchased a car in January 2013, and they couldn’t find the specific car that I wanted so it needed to be a special order. The waiting period was to be three to four months. I agreed on the waiting period, and the end of may I went to check on the status of the car. The car was there and when I went to pick it up, they had ordered me the wrong color car. So I requested to speak with a supervisor regarding the mistake. I spoke with one of the family members and she said that she was going to find the right color of car for me and she would call me to let me know what was going on. I never received a phone call or any other information about the car. I waited another 3 months before I contacted the dealership again so they would have the amount of time needed to re-order the car. When at the dealership I came to find out that they never ordered the car so I asked to speak with the owner to see what it kind of deal he can offer me to make this right after they made a mistake two times and I have waited over seven months. He came back with the same deal that I received from another dealership in the area plus a set of mats. I called to let him know that I was not happy with the deal and the answer was of course we will make profit off you. This is the kind of service you receive from this dealership. They only care to make their money and they don't care about customer satisfaction at all Use this review at your discretion and I hope this experience will not happen to anybody else. Good luck!
