Since purchasing my Buick at a Buick dealership, I’ve had many issues not only with the car, but also with the service department. IWe’ve always been a Ford family and have purchased several vehicles from Jose Ochoa and regret purchasing from Buick! In fact while at Maxwell today, I saw a Maverick that I would love to purchase, however recently been widowed, I can’t afford paying more than $26K for a 2025 model. Anyway, it was certainly a pleasure going back to Ford!!! Thank You!! More

Terrible buying experience overall. I drove an hour and a half to look at a used car, test drove it, discussed numbers, and made an offer through my salesman, Joe. Joe was about as helpful as he could be throughout the process and seemed to genuinely try to work with me, though communication over text later on was very slow and delayed. The real issue was the sales manager, Ryan. After Joe took my offer back, he and Ryan both came back out, and Ryan was incredibly rude, dismissive, and openly insulting. He even threw his own salesman under the bus during the conversation, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. After I raised my offer, Ryan countered with only $200 off the posted price, which made it clear he had no real interest in working with me, so I left. After I had already driven an hour back home, Joe texted me saying Ryan had suddenly decided they could take $2,000 off the posted price. We tried to continue the conversation over text, but the response times were extremely slow, dragging the process out for over an hour and a half. I was told someone else was looking at the vehicle but was still trying to get financing, and that the car was not sold until the deal was actually finalized. Based on that, I decided to drive another hour back to the dealership with cash in hand, ready to buy. I even texted Joe to let him know I was on my way, but got no response. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes just to speak with him, only to be told, “Yeah, they’re still trying to find a bank.” About 10 minutes later, while I was literally sitting there with cash ready to purchase, they sold the car to the other buyer. In total, they wasted nearly 9 hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Joe did what he could, but Ryan’s attitude, poor management, and complete lack of professionalism made this one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. 1/5 stars. More
