Without changing the battery, he ran codes and got a bunch of faulty codes and couldn’t keep the truck on for obvious reasons and prolonged the process and got many other ideas of what was wrong with the truck instead of just changing the alternator changing out the battery and then running through the codes Also found a oil leak and suggested oil change, but I had an oil change two months ago . My advisor was the only one who kept me sane. The logic, the technician was at an absolute zero. Next time The technician wants me to pay a ton of money. He must do what they did last time. My truck was there and put a camera and show me what he’s talking about because I’m pretty sure if he were to shout it out he would find that He is skipping steps and making it harder on himself and making me wait three days for something that probably took him two hours to do or less. I really hope his mom is proud. More
I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated, explanation, could not find the lock for the lug nuts. Paper work said aired to manufacturers recommendation. From my very first phone call with Kameron to the very end when I picked up my truck Kameron made the all the difference. He made me feel welcome at the dealership, listened to and understood all my concerns, always keep me up to date on what was going on with my truck. Kameron and his mechanic even went on a test drive with me to make sure we were all on the same page.
