Car Sales I requested a test drive and was immediately contacted from John Exum on 4/3/18. He was polite and courteous. I informed him that I would like to come I requested a test drive and was immediately contacted from John Exum on 4/3/18. He was polite and courteous. I informed him that I would like to come that Saturday to see the car. I also told him I would call Friday to ensure the car was still there since I was traveling a long way. I called Friday and was routed 8 times to different people. The last time I was rerouted to their GMC dealership where the sales person told me he would walk across the street and call me back in 10 mins. Of course I never received a call back. A buyer shouldn’t have to call 8 times to inquire about a car. When I finally got in touch with John he told me that he would check on the car and call me back. After 2 hours I called and he told me the car was sold. I would suggest you find another dealership with better customer service and time management. This was the worst experience I’ve had and will post on other review sites. More

There are a few negative remarks on my report, but Jason worked diligently with his finance guy and manager to find a vehicle that would be in my budget and my credit range. Jason followed up with me a few days after the purchase to make sure the car was running fine, and that I didn't have any concerns or issues. He was very understanding and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially the sales rep! Extremely Grateful! More

He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly, He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I have a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. the process was absolutely painless. I let the salesman know that these things were missing and I was told that he would personally see to it. A year passes and I still don't have either one. During that time, I made several phone calls / visits to the dealership and still, the situation had not been fixed. During my recent visit to the dealership, I spoke with a new manager and explained the situation. He could tell how stressed out I was. With a smile, he told me that everything would be ok and that he would fix the problem. After a few minutes, he returned with an owners manual and a spare key. I am relieved and also grateful to the manager for correcting this situation within a short time. Thank you! More
