NO surprises Went to s few dealers to get information. Maxon was clear about pricing, trade in value, and extras. No hard sell at all. When I said I was leaving & Went to s few dealers to get information. Maxon was clear about pricing, trade in value, and extras. No hard sell at all. When I said I was leaving & not buying that day, they respected that. They were happy to get my business & all expressed thanks for using their dealership. When I had to leave while making the deal because it took to long ( 3+ hours!) I was called that night, & told that they were takin g$500 more off my price for my inconvenience. I got a price on the internet- it was honored. I was quite pleased with the salespeople & service at Maxon. More

Great service! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very friendly for the four hours I was there. Car Sales I requested a test drive and was immediately contacted from John Exum on 4/3/18. He was polite and courteous. I informed him that I would like to come I requested a test drive and was immediately contacted from John Exum on 4/3/18. He was polite and courteous. I informed him that I would like to come that Saturday to see the car. I also told him I would call Friday to ensure the car was still there since I was traveling a long way. I called Friday and was routed 8 times to different people. The last time I was rerouted to their GMC dealership where the sales person told me he would walk across the street and call me back in 10 mins. Of course I never received a call back. A buyer shouldn’t have to call 8 times to inquire about a car. When I finally got in touch with John he told me that he would check on the car and call me back. After 2 hours I called and he told me the car was sold. I would suggest you find another dealership with better customer service and time management. This was the worst experience I’ve had and will post on other review sites. More

There are a few negative remarks on my report, but Jason worked diligently with his finance guy and manager to find a vehicle that would be in my budget and my credit range. Jason followed up with me a few days after the purchase to make sure the car was running fine, and that I didn't have any concerns or issues. He was very understanding and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially the sales rep! Extremely Grateful! More
