Quick and easy, NO GAMES I needed to search for a vehicle that fit my budget. The make and the model of the vehicle wasn't as important as getting the best value for my money. I told him that we are comparing prices he told me to just give him a few minutes. When he came back out he came out very assertive and confident gave us a price handed us the keys and told us to take the car for a test drive. Rico knew we were just pricing around so he wasn't trying to waste our time he was matter-of-fact quick and easy and let me tell you because of his mannerisms of handling this deal we made a decision within minutes and absolutely loved the car.
