Satisfied Customer Process of assigning Customer Associate needs to be reviewed. In my last visit I was almost passed over after a que formed but the manager stepped in Process of assigning Customer Associate needs to be reviewed. In my last visit I was almost passed over after a que formed but the manager stepped in and made it first come first serve. Yesterday there was no line which was good. Yesterday there was a problem with my bill but after raising concern, the Associate who worked with me was called and she took care of it, which was great. She also made sure the oil change sticker was in place which wasn’t put in my car on two separate occasions in the past. Kudos to her!!! I like the new location and set up. More organized and the Associates are right there if you have questions; you don’t have to go outside and risk being run over by a car pulling in for service. My experience is much improved; not as intimidating as before. I bought coverage for my tires after they charged me $400+ for two tires. I was treated like I committed a crime and it made me so uneasy taking my car in for service. My other concern is that I often looked forward to having my car washed at the end of service but I was disappointed when that offer was discontinued few months back. Please consider resuming the courtesy to customers who may be interested. Thanks. More

Best Car Dealership in New Jersey I had been shopping for a new vehicle since July 5th. I had gone to 7 or more dealerships and they made all kind of promises. When I arrived at each one of those dealerships they would have me sit there for hours to be told that they cannot obtain a loan so that I can purchase a vehicle. When I spoke to the sales representative Dhyan he immediately listened and cared about my prior experiences with other dealerships. He was patient, honest and compassionate. I was treated with such care from Marie the Receptionist who greeted me the moment I walked in the door. I was also given excellent care by the manager, Felix who understood my credit situation. Dhyan and Felix worked hard to find the appropriate vehicle for me. Pablo the finance representative worked until he found a lender that would process the purchase of my new vehicle. More
