Maxon Hyundai Mazda This is the best car dealership I have ever been to. I spoke to Fred on the phone the day before I came in. He was so warm and welcoming. I came in This is the best car dealership I have ever been to. I spoke to Fred on the phone the day before I came in. He was so warm and welcoming. I came in the next day and met Reggie first thing in the morning when the dealership opened. He helped me right away and took me for a test drive in the exact care I wanted. He was hilarious and really knew anything I asked him. It felt more like I knew Fred and Reggie for years, rather than just when I walked into the car dealership that day. Reggie was very knowledgeable on the cars and explained everything I needed in detail. Fred and Reggie were both superb. 5 star recommendation for them if you ever need a car. Great experience I visited Maxon to buy a new Hyundai. From the minute I walked in, I felt important and that my business mattered to them. I was initially greeted by I visited Maxon to buy a new Hyundai. From the minute I walked in, I felt important and that my business mattered to them. I was initially greeted by Reggie. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped answer all my questions regarding their Leasing program vs their Finance program, as well as, some differences between the different models I was looking at. After taking a few test drives, I ultimately locked in on what model I wanted. At this point, Felix came over to assist me with the leasing process. He offered me top dollar for my trade ins, and despite not having the best credit, he was able to get me BELOW where I wanted my payment to be. Once a deal was struck, he even helped me with my insurance company as far as getting the correct coverage for the vehicle. While waiting for the contracts to be printed out for me to sign, I was even greeted by the owner Michael Ciasulli. He was very friendly and personable. He even gave me two free oil changes! Once the contracts were signed, I got into my new Hyundai and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be going back when my lease is up to purchase from Maxon again. More

Never have a loaner car available, can’t get work done there I’ve been here numerous times with 2 different cars and they never have a loaner available. It just makes it impossible to work done here. Trade in and new purchase I had previously leased a Buick and went over mileage. Since they weren’t able to find anything that worked for me at the Buick dealer Rocco was kin I had previously leased a Buick and went over mileage. Since they weren’t able to find anything that worked for me at the Buick dealer Rocco was kind enough to send me over to the Hyundai dealer. Reggie spent hours with me and took me for two tests drives He was very patient and we finally settle on a Sonata. Because of my situation it was costly for me to get out of my lease but they all did everything they could to help me get out as seamlessly as possible. Sometimes car dealers talk down to you or treat you with disrespect. I didn’t feel this way at either the Buick or the Hyundai dealer. It was a friendly and helpful experience More
