Not very happy I called a few times to get an update on my vehicle and could not get an straight answer. I was sent to voice mail. Hours later never got a call back. I called a few times to get an update on my vehicle and could not get an straight answer. I was sent to voice mail. Hours later never got a call back. I had to drive into the Service Center just to get and update. I found out that the Service Rep took a day off. So because of that her work was just sitting, and no one returned my calls. Had I not going in person, who would have returned my calls? Why did I have to go in person to get answers? After all that my vehicle was not even washed and vacuumed and left dirty. Because this is the only Dealer in the area people suffer. Not a great day or experience. However Both Sharon’s are very nice and tried to help when I called. More
