Fastest and easiest car I’ve ever bought I highly recommend this no nonsense dealership. I entered the lot and was met by nick Russo who introduced himself and did everything he could to help I highly recommend this no nonsense dealership. Shop elsewhere value customer service Initially easy to work with, once the papers were signed the overall experience spiraled downward. Unreturned calls, service delays. Wanted aftermarke Initially easy to work with, once the papers were signed the overall experience spiraled downward. Unreturned calls, service delays. Wanted aftermarket accessories installed, after delays and excuses - I got nowhere with it and took delivery so I can do it on my own accord. Waited nearly 4 weeks for delivery, still have temp NJ plates - I live in PA and am licensed in PA. I called after delivery to address my concerns and am STILL waiting for a call back since WEDNESDAY! Can’t get my car inspected in PA because I have no plates/registration. Multiple things are broke in the car and it was delivered with bird xxxx on the side of the driver’s headrest. Really a disappointing experience overall. More

Horrible Terrible service from the beginning. Did not have a recital car for me, although then finally did. Went in for service and my front brakes have been s Terrible service from the beginning. Did not have a recital car for me, although then finally did. Went in for service and my front brakes have been squeaking so they checked them and needed to replace them. I have had the same squeaking going on since. I called numerous times and it took days for anyone to call me back. I voted not bring the car back in so asked them to pick it up and they never called to schedule a time. Just horrible customer service. More

Excellent service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by knowledgeable and “down to earth, friendly, nice” people. (Not the stereotype of a car salesman at al From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by knowledgeable and “down to earth, friendly, nice” people. (Not the stereotype of a car salesman at all - quite the opposite!) Jose was very attentive and did everything he could to find us the Acadia (color and all) that we wanted. He also worked behind the scenes to get us the price we wanted! It was all amazing! (And not stressful at all!) A few days later, when we returned to pick up the car, the paperwork was all done in advance, so we just had to sign the papers. We were not there for hours like at other places! It was very quick and painless! I would highly recommend Jose, Aaron, Kenny at Union Maxon GMC. They are very professional, and do not portray the characteristics of what many people associate with car salesmen. It was a pleasure doing business with them! We will be back the next time we are in need of a new car! More
