Customer service nightmare Buying my car was not an issue. I even left and came back because I felt the car was truly for me. Purchase went through fairly quickly. Unfortunately there was no navigation SD card in the car as it should have. I asked before signing over my check if I would be able to have my SD card mailed the following business day (because I went back and it was after close when all was said and done). They assured me it would be no problem to get it the following business day. That's where the nightmare began. Long story short, I didnt receive my SD card for a month. Furthermore it was nearly impossible to get on the phone with anyone regarding updates. I called several times and waited on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time. Was promised call backs from Anthony in management that I never received. It was just a complete mess. Glad I have finally received everything and I never have to go back. More
