I was met right outside the door by the most gracious,gentleman, Darwin Young. My ideal sales rep would be a low key, knowledgeable, honest person who was patient and would help me with my selection. Darwin filled the bill perfectly. (no high pressure, which has been my experience more than once at other dealerships).
