Max Madsen's Aurora Mitsubishi responded

We presented the concern for warranty consideration but the manufacturer deemed the issue a maintenance function on a 2023 with 36,000 miles. The required fee was pre-approved by our customer before we did the work. We are sorry our customer is unhappy and we too would prefer the $200 charge had been paid by the warranty.
