Very courteous folks here. I had hoped they would have advised the cost before doing the work as I had asked. The one thing that could have softened the blow would have been to I had hoped they would have advised the cost before doing the work as I had asked. The one thing that could have softened the blow would have been to wash the Jeep. In all the years that I have had dealerships work on my cars, no matter the brand, they have always washed and vacuumed the car. I would thought that spending over $1,000. Would have warranted a wash. With just a little effort, this experience could have been 5 star Steve Lyon More

Doesn't report ford pass rewards. Doesn't know what service's need to be done at what mileage intervals.
