We waiting over a year for our Bronco. David kept us informed of the changes along the way. He even helped take care of the financing prior to us coming in to pick up the Bronco. Awesome service staff! !!! I am from Roscoe, IL and am traveling to West Plains, MO via Kansas City. With the rains yesterday, I drove through a deep puddle at high speed !!! I am from Roscoe, IL and am traveling to West Plains, MO via Kansas City. With the rains yesterday, I drove through a deep puddle at high speed and it tore an insulating cover for the catalytic converter loose and it was dragging on the ground. At 4:55 pm, I pulled into the Butler Dodge location, told Kevin & Josh about my predicament, and they agreed to look at it. By now it is after 5 pm but the guys decided to stay to help me out. They put it on the rack and fixed it within 5 minutes. By now, is it 520 pm. I profusely thanked everyone for helping me out. And, on top of this, they did not charge me anything!!! I even tried to give them "beer money" but all declined. I am very appreciative of the efforts of your service department in helping me out when I was in need indeed! Great group of guys. Being from up North, one forgets about the customs of southern hospitality. Your service team did me a huge favor yesterday and I am forever grateful. My sincerest thanks, Bill Earls Roscoe, IL More
