This place is the worst! They wouldn't work on price at all, on top of that, I purchased e NEW RAM 2500 and t was to be cleaned and ready to go. Wrong, nothing but excuses, and although my salesman was try all, on top of that, I purchased e NEW RAM 2500 and t was to be cleaned and ready to go. Wrong, nothing but excuses, and although my salesman was trying his best, the overall experience of an inefficiently run organization ruined the entire car buying experience for me. From the expected features of the vehicle, to the very poor customer service I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle to be done which was not done. I witnessed a Scheduled oil change that took 4 hrs? Really? This is what your dealership has to offer? Broken promises to customers who spend 60 to 150 thousand in a purchase with you. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. At this point of the game I would say this dealership rates as low as the Cable Dahmer used car lot. I truly regret doing business with these guys. More
