I had a flat tire was able to get the Car in right way and order all new tires, oil change, wiper change and they fixed my drivers seat. I made an appointment for 8:30, for which I arrived on-time for the service. It took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, for which I was waiting and declared that I would be waiting when I on-time for the service. It took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, for which I was waiting and declared that I would be waiting when I booked the appointment. There is oil spilled on all of the undercarriage from the oil change. Enough that it left puddles on my driveway after having driven for over 20 mins since the time service was complete. I inquired about having the fuel filter changed. I was quoted $350 for a service that literally takes 15 mins and requires a $60 (dealer retail) part. The service writer (unlisted on this site) was inexperienced and tried to xx me that the vehicle has two filters...it does not. The service department used some Ford documents for the vehicle assessment. Not a huge issue but odd since it's a DCRJ dealer, not Ford. It's forcing me to rank a service department person that i never interacted with. I won't be back. More
