I was told that I could be squeezed into a slot at 1:00 on Wed. 6-29-22 for a break job. My wife was there on time and was told no one booked it. They took the appointment anyway and left the van up on t on Wed. 6-29-22 for a break job. My wife was there on time and was told no one booked it. They took the appointment anyway and left the van up on the rack for 3 and 1/2 hours before she asked them about the progress. She was told they were waiting on a part. No one cam to tell her and my three children that it would be 4 hours until finished. She had no transportation. Poor service. Better service when it was landmark. More
