Zack was good to work with. The detailers who were supposed to prep our van were lacking! They failed to clean the 4 Stow n Go seats in the Stow position. Very disappointing. Also, we were promised a full tank of gas and only got half tank. I hope we get the rest of the promises! More

They made the whole process easy. Tad was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He had it gases and ready for me to test drive by the time I got to the dealership. Then, he gave a full weekend to test drive the vehicle to ensure it met my family’s needs. The dealership gave me a fair price on the vehicle I traded in. The financing aspect was smooth and quick. The dealership did a great job detailing the vehicle and getting me on the road with my new ride. More

Andrew greeted me first thing even with a super long line. He was very attentive. I just dropped my jeep off for an oil change and asked if it would be ready before lunch time. He assured me that it would be ready for pick up by 12. He called me around 10:30 and said it was ready. When I got to the dealership to pick up he knew exactly who I was and had my keys ready. It was definitely the best experience I have had with the service department so far. I hope I continue to see Andrew every time I come back to get an oil change! More
