Alndrew, and the Tech was Awesome to work with, Service Department called several times to inform me on status and current finding's of my Jeep. No checklist when finished, oily fingerprints on clean truck, 2 hours for an scheduled oil change. The oil change was started when I asked about 1 1/2 hour later unacceptable service. The guy that helped me was very nice but everyone else just stares at you when you come in. No hi or welcome. Extremely awkward. One of my parts wasn’t in and I had to come back the next day for it.
