I took my truck to MaxChrysler Jeep for an airbag recall. I am looking to buy a new truck so I figured it would give me a reason to stop in. I left my truck there overnight at the recommendation of the service department due to the time it was going to take to make the repair. When I picked up my truck someone had tried to break into it overnight using a crowbar on the passenger side. When I talked to Derek the GM over there he never even bothered to check the video, won't return my calls and obviously tells his secretary to brush me off because she pretends to take my message and says she will have him call me and he never does. The lack of response happened every day for a week and a half! I would never take a vehicle to this shop. I understand that things happen but to be treated this way by something that happened at their shop is apalling. I would imaging that if you buy a vehicle there and ever need it serviced you will have the same result. Glad I didn't make that huge decision. I learned my lesson this time and they won't get another chance. More

They will lie to get you to pay more, they will do work without consent. Every time I've taken it in for warranty work, something else breaks within a month and I have to take it back. They ignore all poin without consent. Every time I've taken it in for warranty work, something else breaks within a month and I have to take it back. They ignore all points I've made about the issue and dismiss me. I do not recommend this place if one can avoid it. More
